These terms govern the use of the fideicomiso.eu website, the client area and the FIDEIBANK banking space. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Opening an account requires being of age and providing accurate information. Login uses a password and a six-digit code sent by email. You remain responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; report any use you did not authorise without delay.
Submitting a request — contribution to the Trust Fund or grant — does not mean it is accepted. Each request is reviewed by the relevant committee, which may ask for further documents and remains free in its decision. The final terms of a contribution or grant are set out in the signed deeds.
Our anti-money-laundering obligations require us to verify each holder's identity and the origin of the funds contributed. Access to FIDEIBANK is only opened after identity documents are approved and the committee has decided favourably.
Every outgoing transfer is subject to two-step validation: a code sent by email, then a code given by your private banker. A transfer that is not validated is not executed. No direct debit is made without a mandate signed by you.
Grants from the Trust Fund bear no interest. Up to the endowment threshold, the grant is not repaid; above it, the capital granted is repaid on the agreed schedule, with no interest or fees, the first instalment falling due after the period set out in the contract.
The return paid to contributors is not guaranteed. Fideicomiso.eu uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without being able to guarantee it will never be interrupted.
You can request the closure of your account at any time from your profile; it takes effect after a cooling-off period and a check of your ongoing commitments. These terms are governed by French law.
